    Would never stay here again, had a concert booked, came back to get ready for that and ended up being late due to 4 workmen having the lock off of our door and being in our rooms! Without any warning this was going to happen. All of our belongings were in the room and they wouldn’t leave the room for us to get ready regardless of us saying we had to get ready for a concert! My partner had to try and shower and get ready while 4 men worked in our room, both hotels.com and even more so this hotel/apartment have been less than helpful in aiding to resolve our issues we had with this place. Avoid like the plague!

    This place has all that you need in a tiny space. Perfect size when all you need is a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day of visiting Paris. Its also centrally located to main attractions and it has grocery stores/restaurants near by.

    Nous avons adoré notre séjour à WS Louvre Casanova. Le petit studio était parfait et propre. Nous étions très confortable au mois d'octobre, mais je ne voudrai pas y rester en plein été lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Les employés du ménage était très gentilles. Mais la communication pour avoir du service est presque inexistante. Comme exemple pour demander d'avoir de nouvelle serviette et l'enveloppe pour la taxe, il a fallut attendre de voir un employés du ménage pour les avoir, tout les messages envoyés n'ont jamais été répondu.

    Great centralized location for Paris if seeing all the sights in the old city. Had a difficult time finding the unit but got help once we called the number. The space worked well for just coming back to rest and sleep.

    I absolutely loved my stay. The location is hard to beat, with so much of Paris within walking distance, and having my own apartment gave me the freedom to experience the city at my own pace. I did have some minor delays and issues during check-in, but the management team was always available, responsive, and worked to correct everything as quickly as possible. I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Once settled in, I loved having my own space and the convenience of the kitchen. As a solo traveler, it was a great balance between independence and knowing someone was available if I needed assistance. Despite the initial check-in hiccup, I genuinely loved staying here. It felt like having my own little home in Paris, and I would absolutely stay again.

    Lovely place. Really quirky for the centre of Paris. I did not know this is all remote staff so you dint actually have a reception which was a bit useless when i needed to store bags but really enjoyed the stay.
