The old was small, old and rusty

The first impression of the room was that it's too small and then the faucets and shower were all rusty. The worst thing is that we found a rodent running around the room. I had captured the video of it, and requested receptionist to change the room. He's like all the rooms are booked, when it wasn't. On top of all that, he didn't accept the card for payment. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel was very shabby, the rooms very stinking and dirty with bathrooms unclean. There was no one at the reception for the check in, had to wait quite a long for the getting the room.
