The location of lap-is inn is absolutely the best - in the heart of sultanahmet! the aya sofya and blue mosque are at 2 minutes walking distance, with a beautiful view from the hotel rooftop restaurant. The tram station is just a minute away and is very convenient to travel. Grand bazaar too is 5 mins by tram or you can take a lovely walk down the lane to it. The rooms were decent for a good stay with all the basic amenities and washroom was clean too. Breakfast served was also good and filling. The hotel manager and all the staff were really helpful. Had a fulfilling stay and would be happy to book again if i plan a trip to istanbul again.

Location best to historical sites.

Ours was a short stay for 2 days. Being well located near to all historical sites we could manage to see all places very easily without losing time. Breakfast had variety and staff were pleasant and helpful. Several eating joints at close proximity. Tram services at a stone throw. Taksim square is only 20 min by tram and easily accessible. Would like to stay again here next time.

Location of the Hotel is mind blowing.Service of the Staff is excellent as they are very co-operative. Mr. Umit & Ms. Nuray are the best people to interact.If guest have to ask any details can blindly trust the above 2 names. Breakfast was good, but I prefer that Ambassador should improve on the variety of the dishes.
