Stay not Woth the Price... not very hospitable, charge for every small things like ice... Claim to have steam and sauna, but at property declined existence of any... said there one only in the private villa... Says beachfront, but has no access to beach... it's more like beach view... place in nice, view is great, rooms are nice... but you can get much better options at the same or lesser price

Paradox lovely resort Great location The pool is amazing have a slide which make it’s more beautiful I traveled with family and infant and it’s the most comfortable place with great location Great restaurants , 7elleven in close proximity , the hotel is huge with many photoGraphyy spots and perfect for luxury stay

It was great we even got upgraded to their superior jacuzzi room. Breakfast buffet was great with Indian vegetarian options as well

Overall, the hotel offers a great experience—rooms, food, and the pool were all wonderful. However, the service left much to be desired. We stayed for 5 days, and during our stay, it was my daughter’s birthday. I had emailed the hotel’s official address in advance, requesting a simple room decoration with balloons, a birthday banner, and a nice cake. I was willing to pay for these services, but the hotel responded by flatly declining, stating that they don’t offer such arrangements. This was very disappointing, especially since I’ve celebrated birthdays in many hotels before, and none have refused such a basic and meaningful request.

Property is very big & beautiful . Very polite & helpul staff , they upgraded us to suite at no extra cost . They have a free shuttle to patong market every 1 hr and is very to the Bangla street . I wish I could extend my stay here but they were completely sold out for the next day .

They even charge you for the plate. This is the worst experience. I've ever seen in my life where you asked for a empty plate. They are saying you that we will charge hundred bath for the plate.

Excellent rooms and hospitality. Spacious and clean. The poolside bar is really good for a sundowner. Enjoyed the pool.

Highly, highly recommended! Diamond Cliff Resort and Spa is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The property is absolutely stunning, and the service is exceptional. They provide everything you could possibly need, from toiletries to other essentials. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The resort is expansive, and they offer shuttle services to help you get around the property. We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and fresh fruits, which was a lovely touch. Since we were there a for our honeymoon, they also surprised us with a complimentary cake – such a thoughtful gesture. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast spread; it was simply amazing. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return!"

It was my honeymoon and after much search we picked diamond cliff and for sure its a beautiful diamond. Firstly when the hotel management came to know about our honeymoon they upgraded us to an ocean view room with jacquizi. What an incredible room. Spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The resort has two lovely pools. Their breakfast buffet is lavish and delicious. The resort is very well located and connected. We also booked our phi phi island tour from the hotel. We were guided perfectly by patty to choose the best tour package suited for our needs. The entire hotel staff is extremely polite and courteous. Always willing to help. We had a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Good hospitality and exceptional service. Food is delectable and full of variety. Pool facing suites were quite an experience.

They have a good staff to serve you promptly. Food quality and spread for breakfast is good. The rooms are good with sea view. But need to climb to the room though they have car drop arrangement

Wow... just wow. What a beautiful resort this place is. I booked a regular sea facing room but they upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite😍. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Food is great, room service is prompt and the place is clean. They do take a 2000 baht deposit but it seems like a norm in Phuket hotels. The resort is on a hill and there's a quite frequent free shuttle service. Patong beach is a 10 min down hill walk from the resort. Had a great anniversary here.
