The lamai staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable. Their service was impeccable. I wasn’t too happy about the beach as it wasn’t one where i could chill at. It definitely isn’t what one sees. I had to go to other beaches to spend the day so there was a lot of travelling. I went there with my daughter who is 10. The beach being the only negative about the place, the lamai was perfect for my holiday.

The food was excellent atleast what we ordered, we also ordered from an indian restaurant near by and the staff was helpful enough to help us get it from the reception to our room. The staff was prompt and friendly. When it comes to the rooms and the stay, the first room we were in was very hot, my husband asked me to request them that if it would be possible for a refund as he did not like the place and also the ac was not cooling. We told the staff the issue they took us to another room where everything was ok at the start, the rooms highly need refurbishments, the pest control needs to be done to avoid bugs as we saw a huge bug in out bathroom in the night. Too many mosquitos for which they should keep the coil on but didnt. Their is no ac in the bathroom or fan only one net cover near the bath area. The ac of this room too stopped cooling after a while

It's a small property with a large variety of rooms, some of which, particularly the ocean view rooms, are spectacular. A rather ugly Beach doesn't add any real value. The Spa is great.

Small but a very good property. Great hospitality, big rooms, very nice verandah, a big tub and open to sky shower area. Just outside the hotel you find all basic necessities like departmental store etc. Though it is a beach property, the real beach was quite a walking distance and basically had backwaters.

The lamai staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable. Their service was impeccable. I wasn’t too happy about the beach as it wasn’t one where i could chill at. It definitely isn’t what one sees. I had to go to other beaches to spend the day so there was a lot of travelling. I went there with my daughter who is 10. The beach being the only negative about the place, the lamai was perfect for my holiday.

Small but a very good property. Great hospitality, big rooms, very nice verandah, a big tub and open to sky shower area. Just outside the The Lamai Samui you find all basic necessities like departmental store etc. Though it is a beach property, the real beach was quite a walking distance and basically had backwaters.

It's a small property with a large variety of rooms, some of which, particularly the ocean view rooms, are spectacular. A rather ugly Beach doesn't add any real value. The Spa is great.
