    The hotel is really very good . when I come bkk then my first choice is Grande center point hotel ploenchit. Co-operative staff and neat clean . Good hospitality, only need some vegetarian food for vegan customers

    Overall a pleasant stay

    Good for it's value. This was the cheapest hotel in ploenchit area that time. The complementary drinks were great and room service is excellent everything was good. The only thing i didn't like was the swimming pool isn't heated so it's really cold during nighttime but it's not really a big deal. Another thing the room lacked a iron press despite it having a hanger for one.

    good location and good staff. neat and clean hotel. but we have COMPLAIN. FOR toilet seat water is not working. but that's have not solved. room number 510. it's very uncomfortable and unconvinced hotel administrator need to sure for coustomer satisfaction.
