    Disappointing Experience – Not Kid Friendly

    Our stay was extremely disappointing. While there was a wide variety of food, the taste was poor and not up to the mark. The rooms felt old and neglected, with spider webs in corners. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved. The worst part was the rude behaviour at checkout. Due to a minor confusion about the checkout time, the guest relations team entered our room while our 2-year-old was eating and asked us to leave immediately. This forced us to interrupt our baby’s meal and leave in a rush. Completely insensitive and unprofessional. This is not how you treat guests — especially those with young children. The experience has left such a bitter taste that we’ll never choose any Constance property again. Absolutely not kid-friendly and definitely not worth the premium. Terrible Experience – Never Choosing Constance Again

    Upon arriving at constance ephelia, the vacation mood was perfectly set, the property is better than it looks in the picture. This was our family vacation, visited seychelles for the first time, i can say booking ephelia was my perfect decision. It's one of the largest resort property in indian ocen. Facility is just amazing, food is yum, such a huge spread to satisfy taste buds of all. I can continue writing about it. To summaries: perfect place to relax / spent during holiday

    Just could not find anything negative about this place. The best part was it's service. From the managers to waiters to cleaners every single person were at our service always and made us feel at home. Food, rooms were also beyond perfection. Of course expensive. But every pennies worth. If you want to stay in mahe, please stay in constance

    Great stay. Staff is great, very friendly take care of all your needs. Beautiful property. They have 2 beaches and several pools and all are maintained in a great shape. As property is very big walking around can become bit of an issue but they have buggies driving around property which helps. All 3 hotels we stayed in Seychelles have beautiful picturesque property but one thing which made constance our best stay was staff behavior. From the moment we entered and till we left every single person was courteous, helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

    Everything was perfect from the moment we checked-in in the hotel. Rooms neat, clean spacious with amazing views. Breakfast was amazing, special thanks to Mr. Sebastian and Mr. Shetty for taking care of our food preferences. Spa was amazing, Mr. Hemendra took great care of us. Complimentary water sport activities were great. Most memorable stay so far.

    Constance Ephelia has set a bench mark to ensure that you deserve the best holiday as a couple, as a family. The kids club team are like alternate mothers who take so well care of your children whilst you enjoy the some time or couple time in their 5 restaurants all of different cuisine. Excellent staff, implacable services and facilities, aesthetic property in Paradise.

    The location was excellent. The north beach of the resort is a marine park where you can see fishes near the coast while swimming. The resort has all the amenities one can think of. Eg. Jacuzzi, thermal pool, chill pool, spa, swimming pool, fitness centre, squash, tennis, gymnasium, etc.

    Brilliant destination for honeymoon. Highly recommended. Awesome setting for the resort spread over nearly 300 acres. Don’t forget to check in the website before landing there to get the best use of the facilities. Extremely competent and helpful staff.

    This is an awesome resort with two lovely beaches. There are many types of food in 6 restaurants. Indian food items are sometime ok ok but can manage. Staff behaviour at the restaurants can be more hospitable.
