    Fraser suites (muscat) is a 3 star level, as i see, and not a 5 star hotel. Communication between staff is poor. Breakfast is very average. The apartment was very smelly (mixture of humidity and spice, and the rooms are not ventilated. We changed apartment after first night but not much better. Old furniture. No curtain/glass to separate bath in washroom. Some door locks were not working. Only two cloth hangers available per room, then poor laundry hangers delivered when requested. Room curtains were damaged (partially falling) or not moving. The only 5 star there were the kind nice omani staff! but the hotel is well below the expectation and i suggest someone investigates how they got a 5 star license.

    It is an excellent property, great view, very close to city and airport. Hotel is clean and perfect whether you stay on a short trip or a long one.

    Great place to stay while in muscat. Centrally located, nice suites and even better view. I took a chance of booking this property as i have been to marriott/sheraton properties mostly but fraser turned out to be equally good.
