    I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that i observed during my recent visit to your esteemed establishment. While enjoying the facilities, i couldn't help but notice the presence of fungal growth between the wall tile joints in the pool area. This issue seems to be widespread, stretching from end to end. As a guest concerned about hygiene and safety, i believe it's crucial to address this matter promptly. Fungal growth not only poses health risks but also affects the overall experience of your guests. I kindly request that your maintenance team investigates the situation and takes appropriate measures to remedy it as soon as possible. Regular cleaning and maintenance protocols should be implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future and uphold the high standards of your hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
