Great location. Very close and walking distance from all the Venice attractions. Small but OK rooms. No elevators. Helpful and friendly front desk. Breakfast was great. Nice place to spend few nights in center of Venice if you get a good deal.

It was located very near to center of city. You could bump into hotel any time while travelling. Receptionist were very helpful. They advise on travel around city which was good one. Room was small as expected on middle of Venice, it could have been little more clean thou. Thou check out was 10.30 am they let us till 11.30. Breakfast was okay.
