A horrific experience in Rome with hotel Cesar Palace

Firstly, i wanna and i will write a mail to Make My Trip for their irresponsible and unprofessional way of doing customer service and giving us a bad hotel with small rooms and no proper management and also most importantly the invoice of booking we got had wrong phone numbers and address and we literally got lost in Rome while trying to find it and our day was gone! I had to search the active number from Google and call them and even then different people picked up the phone and gave different info and some said we don't have booking and nobody was willing to guide us to the exact location, luckily we got some locals to help us out and finally we reached the address and got another shock seeing the room!!!We called Make My Trip and they were unable to give us another hotel and get the cancellation done then as we wanted. Make my trip pretty much lost our vote after this experience! Please don’t stay in this hotel and please be aware that Make My Trip can do disasters to your trip if u rely on them choosing hotels through their website! Please do your own research and then book…A big Thumbs down!!!

Pros: The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Near Rome Terminus ( about 2 miles). Just 2 stops in bus. Cons : Not a very roomy facility. Families will find it a little cramped up Hard to locate the facility as it is in a residential building. (Miss the small name plate on the main door and you are lost) Not a great value for money
