Hotel is very beautiful, neat and has amazing view. They kept our luggage until our check-in time as we reached early and helped us carrying our luggage as the rooms are down few stairs. Room we choose had Jacuzzi but anyone around can see you. Common swimming pool is little small. Breakfast was served outside our room with limited options but it was ok for us. Hotel is on the main road and 500m away from main shops stop. If you can’t find this hotel, search with mias restaurant.

Way to costly for the services provided and very bad experience. 1. Only breads and boiled eggs in breakfast 2. No proper drainage system in bathroom, water flows to cave room. Water is not provided in breakfast even after requesting. 3. One of the bad experiences story is, they provided a cattle with already burnt coil. We used it improperly (but we use that way back at home, and the end state of cattle was same as provided burnt coil (half black and half silver, nothing changed. They forced us to pay for cattle and we had to pay 20 euros. 4. The photos has photo from common rooms, not part of your cave room. 5. The pool was not clean and one of the water refreshing inlet/outlet net was broken. 6. Internet was so bad, 5 mbps speed at most of the places. 7. The caldera view was very beautiful (view will get 4 stars) but not from room like written in booking, its from common area. Hence rated 3.

Not at all worth for 330 euros! very small cave rooms, very dim lights, dark rooms very small bed. Stinky washroom! the staff was good though. The amount is only for the location and that too that is not a room view, the view is common.

Best stay in Oia!

I am glad we chose Alexander's suit. It is at the ideal location for which you are in Oia. The view of the ocean and caldera in front and side view of the white and blue city is just perfect. They serve breakfast in your balcony every morning, giving you the perfect opportunity for in wagram worthy pictures of the breakfast and the view. The staff is just so helpful and kind. They specially told us about a less crowded point to watch from and it was amazing, very secluded with perfect view. The Oia market square is just 5 mins walk from hotel and the hotel is just by the road so you don't have to climb a lot of stairs like for some other hotels in Oia. I would give full 5 stars, if you are staying in Oia for the view and enjoying the town life choose Alexander's. On top of that they upgraded all our rooms for free, it was a pleasant surprise as the start of the trip.
