Terrible Stay

Food- inspite of booking with breakfast, it wasn't served. Location - almost fine facilities- no water received in the morning for shower. I have to asked for every toiletries. Heater was available but of no use. Other. Unfortunately i left one luggage in the hotel which was confirm to be found but when i went to pick up they said housekeeper has thrown away
