    The hotel is bad in terms of furniture very old and there is noise in the hotel all the time repairs from dawn I couldn't sleep but honestly the garden is wonderful as if you are in dreams

    I got shocked with furniture. I cant believe that until now they are still using this size of screens, food quality and variety on breakfast is another issue. For the first time in my life i might not come back again

    I found this hotel centrally located in a big area where you can get all amenities. The large compound and green area makes it more attractive. The food is also served with best quality and taste.

    Great exterior, Poor Interior

    We checked in to the Hotel around 06:00 PM on our check in day. The reception guy did not specify the housekeeping numbers (5466) and room service (7) numbers were different than the one mentioned on the landline phone in room. Neither did he specify for connecting to Wi fi though it was included in our stay. We were told by our taxi driver that some of Egypts president also stay in the hotel. The location is in Nasr City. so about 20-25 mints drive from Cairo City center or 30-35 from Giza Pyramids. It seems Al Masa spent all their money on Hotel exteriors. The hotel location is very close to some of the malls. There is a 24 hr atm available closeby, outside the hotel Gate G is “Massive Bakery”.We traveled with a Baby and they connected us to 24 hr Pharmacy as we wanted Baby Milk powder (though the call from room was chargeable).As we went to visit our anniversary,they upgraded us to their Deluxe room and gave a complimentary cake.However even the deluxe room was very small.There were no towels in room when we checked in.They had this policy of giving only 2 water bottles daily basis however as we had to mix baby milk powder we required sufficient water so had to keep requesting for bottles. They gave smaller bottles free of charge however the big ones were paid. The hotel ambiance is grand. The deluxe room had a private balcony where one can enjoy their morning coffee.The breakfast had no vegetarian option and it was mostly bread and salads for us.Also the restaurant for breakfast (Aqua Marine) was so difficult to find as you have to go through so many rooms to find it. Overall the stay was not worth the so called 5 star rating that Hotel carries.It is at best 3.5-4 stars.
