My stay at Maiyada was fantastic! The rooms were clean, the location was perfect — just a short 600m walk from Tonsai Pier. What truly impressed me was their hospitality: after I got home, I realized I had lost my Apple AirPods. I called them, and they not only found them but were incredibly helpful throughout. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting!

They charged us extra money (2000 baht) for just a small stain in the bed sheet. We said that we will get it cleaned from the market but they didn’t let us do that. Secondly no lift, no phone in the room so every-time you need to walk a lot to get to the reception.

We stayed in the economic double room for 2 days and 1 night and had a terrible experience with the hotel. No intercom service & ac was not working. The whole night we suffered because we were not supposed to open the windows because of monkeys. It took a long walk approx 1/2 mile from pier to the hotel. It's too dark with no street lights at night. Hotel staff was co-operative but service was not good.

We checked in to one room where the AC was not working after asking the receptionist thrice to check. We had to finally complain to the manager after which the room was changed. Basic amenities like an electric water heater, tissues, face towels were missing from rooms. We had to ask them.

Stayed for 2 days here. There was an assigned person for pickup from the ferry. So, no trouble trying to find the place and besides PhiPhi is so small that you can walk the entire place. Good location, close to both sides of the beaches and good shacks and party places also at a walking distance.
