Worst Stay ever

We were given a room which was used as store room. The room was accessible through a staircase and had two separate single beds on either side of the room. Adjoining to one of the bed was an old marble wash basin. Noisy AC. Bathroom had a window with transparent glass with no curtain just above bathtub. The window opened to the roof of one side of hotel. The reception lady was so arrogant. We asked her to change the room, she just banged a file on her desk and replied rudely there is no room.

Very poor hospitality by staff. The location of the hotel is excellent rest all the services are very poor. Room and bathroom were very small and no balcony. The behavior of the reception staff was disappointing which made the stay worse. Very disappointed.
