Dear Guest, We respectfully disagree with your comments. During your 3-nights stay, the Hotel discovered that you had damaged the room flooring with the Charcoal from the Shisha which led to the parquet flooring to be damaged. Firstly, you were not permitted to smoke in a non-smoking room. Secondly, Shisha’s are not allowed in Hotel where burnt charcoal has to be used. This is a serious offence where you have endangered the Fire safety protocol of the Hotel which could have harmed all the other guest staying at the Hotel. The Hotel had no other choice to recover the damages incurred in the room. At the Hotel, the safety of all the guest is paramount. We regret we cannot compromise on this matter. Location is in the middle of bur dubai and near burjuman metro station. Food is mostly indian in breakfast and some english. Amenities are gym which is 24 hours open and swimming pool which is morning 7. 30 am to evening. Services are good. Staff is courteous. Overall value for money.

We stayed in savoy crest for 7 days and 6 nights. The hotel is located in the center of bur dubai with good indian restaurants nearby. Burjuman metro and burjuman mall are at 15 min walking distance. The hotel is a good one with clean premises. The reception staff was very cooperative. The rooms were good and clean with all basic facilities to cook food, wash clothes and iron them. Room has a tv but has very limited channels. The service staff was good. The restaurant facility has good but limited spread sufficient for good brunch.

Savoy crest is an excellent property in burjuman. Extremely clean, very professional and supportive staff, spacious rooms with complete amenities - we stayed here for 4 nights / 5 days. Location: located behind burjuman mall, this property is 8-10 minutes pleasant walk away from burjuman metro station. You will also find many restaurants, malls, hypermarkets all around. Yet, the location of this property is in a peaceful by lane which impressed me. Room & property : spacious with centralised ac that can be locally controlled in your room. We were 3 of us, and were given an extra 3rd bed ( sofa was converted to a flatbed. There’s a kitchenette with induction stove, microwave and toaster along with utensils, crockeries and cutleries. There’s a washing machine in the room, which was a great boon for our 4n/5d trip. The property has rooftop swimming pool, a 24 hour gym, sauna and in-house restaurant. Breakfast: our package included breakfast, and it was lavish one - unlike a few reviews that i read here that said veg options were limited. They had indian, continental, local as well as american options each day - veg as well as eggs, sausages and cold cuts. Only area of improvement might be the limited complimentary bottled water they have in the room- 2 bottles. This is anyways not a big deal as the hotel supply cartons of bottled water at a very reasonable mrp rate - alternately you can buy them from the grocery store across the road. Staff and service: they are amazing. We have no complaints- they are courteous, prompt and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday- unlike many other serviced apartments. In a nutshell : savoy crest is an awesome property!

This is a perfect hotel to stay ,first time to experience Savoy hotel,i'm just wondering the perfect cleaniness everywhere , lobby is so clean , lifts, room, bathroom , check in was perfect by Mr. Newten. There are only 2 things that i don't like , upon check out , the receptionist called me at 10:45 as departure call, this is really not good at all ,i'm working in FO as Senior Supervisor,i asked him what time are you calling departure he said at 11 , however he called me before 11 ,i told him would you give me late check out(he said , no for today sir , we can't ... ) this is not the way how to answer !!!! He Should say at least , Our departure time at 12 PM , we wish to give you more , but for this time due to busy operation today we can make for 12: 30 PM + he didn't ask even how was my stay ( i beleive departure call is not about kicking out customers on a call only , first it's about having an advanced verbal feedback from the customer , then we ask for departure time) The 2nd thing ,next to the hotplate there are plags next to it , which are really dangerous , it can cause a fire or something anytime , i prefer to change the place for it

We have also noted the ‘Imperfections’ highlighted of a particular staff with your constructive suggestions and recommendations during check-in period. We regret we fell short of our established SOPs. Your comments have been taken very positively and will assist us to focus on the training requirement of the concerned staff. We also regret that we could not extend your check-out time as the Hotel was running 100% occupancy and we already had guests waiting in the Lobby to check-in. Hence, it was a humble request from the Reception that we could not extend. After every check-out, it takes the Housekeeping to clean and thoroughly sanitise the room around 90 minutes (1 and a half hours). If we were not running a full house, we would have definitely been flexible and allowed you a late check-out. All our electric plug points are connected with MCBs which cuts the circuit in case of any overload or any risk. We have forwarded your suggestion to our Chief Engineer for future considerations. Thank you for highlighting the 'Imperfections'. At the Savoy, we take every guest comment & suggestions as a challenge to improve.
