Stay is comfortable and neat. Breakfast was decent

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities such as the pool and lounge areas were clean and easily accessible, adding great value to the overall experience. In terms of safety and hygiene, I was impressed to see regular cleaning and sanitization in public areas, and staff ensuring high standards of cleanliness at all times. This gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.

I stayed in the hotel for couple of days. I had marked it overall poor - cuz as far as Hilton is considered, it is nowhere near it. what i liked - 1. shuttle to airport. its an amazing facility provided by the hotel and the staff who with all sort of restrictions still try to keep you comfortable. 2. location is good with some nice indian restaurants and supermarket. coming on what I dont like - 1. rooms are smaller. 2. they provide only minimum facilities, with cracked tables, non functional lamps. 3. the breakfast was just fine - not like other Hiltons. live counters are not responsive, actually inspite of telling him - nothing was provided. 4. they provide restricted number (actually only 2) of water bottles. that was new for me in a place like Dubai, where u need to be always hydrated.

There no have smart tv ,bad size is very smal for 2prson not enough , overall we was very bad experience 🥀😔

The stay here was really good. The property is new and in good condition. The location is also close to main road and metro station. It also close to Terminal 1 and Terminal two of airport.

Nice staff and lovely hotel.The location is nice, close to supermarkets,Resturants Nd Metro.They have free Airport Shuttle.

Room was neat and clean. Food was ok. Staff were dealing nicely. Location is good all facilities is there.

Property location - 5 Nearby Airport, Adjacent to Bus top and near to Metro resulting ease in roaming all over the city. Facilities- Very supportive staff. Taking care of the customer and his/her comfort. Housekeeping of the hotel is also fantastic and staff is also polite and supportive. Food- Breakfast menu is excellent and taste is also good. Although not tried lunch and dinner due to visit to customer. Overall very nice experience. Keep the good hospitality continue..... All the best.👍

I had an amazing time at Hampton by Hilton the support staff was amazing I ll definitely love to stay here again

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the very beginning. We had a total of 4 families with 6 rooms across 3 separate bookings, and even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, we arrived only by 7:30 PM — yet the rooms still weren’t ready. On top of that, the reception staff, especially one particular person, was extremely rude and unhelpful — definitely not someone who should be at the front desk. The real issue happened during check-out, when the same staff member accused us of breaking an AC switch and demanded we pay for it in a very aggressive and rude manner. We went back to the room ourselves to check — and the switch was working perfectly fine. It was a false accusation and completely unnecessary. It not only wasted our valuable time but also caused a lot of stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip. After all the drama and time wasted, they just casually said “sorry” and let us go — no real apology or accountability for how we were treated. This kind of experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for group or family stays. They seriously need to train their staff in customer service and professionalism.
