The have a serious water shortage problem in this property, and pathetic hygiene. AC doesn’t cool, property in 35 year old and not upgraded. Everything feels dates and very bad bed, no one cleans the swimming pool either.

The stay was wonderful. The location of the resort very easy and prime. Had fun staying

It was a beautiful resort but staff was uptight. You won’t get an extra bottle of water. 2 bottles is the limit. Rooms are old but the view is beautiful.

Perfect location and perfect resort to chill. Only con is there is no in room service for foodand drinks.

Our group of four recently stayed at the phi phi island cabana hotel that seemed perfect at first, thanks to its great location near the pier. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. The hospitality was practically nonexistent. We weren’t even provided with basic amenities like drinking water or toothbrushes and were instead told to buy them from a nearby 7-Eleven. No one bothered to help with our luggage, and the rooms were shockingly old and poorly maintained—the seat jet even broke on the very first day. We had chosen this hotel based on its pool, but even that couldn’t make up for the sheer lack of quality. To top it all off, our rooms were filled with mosquitoes, making sleep impossible. Overall, this stay was an absolute letdown.

Hotel room has cockroaches, stain in bathroom, no lifts, but best part is near to pier and close to market

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. for a towel that had a small lipstick mark, claiming it was "damaged." They even had a rate list ready to charge guests for these things, which felt like a premeditated plan. The property itself is a disaster—old, rundown, and falling apart. The appliances in the room looked like they hadn’t been updated in decades and barely worked. The staff? Absolutely lazy and uninterested in helping. They didn’t even offer luggage transfer, leaving us to drag our bags around like it was some budget hostel. To top it off, the breakfast was a joke—barely any options, and what they had tasted awful. It’s clear that this hotel is only interested in squeezing every last Baht out of its guests without providing even basic service or hospitality. Stay here at your own risk. If you don’t want to be frustrated, and disappointed, stay far, far away from this place.

Hotel location and ambience is excellent. Hotel staff are good and helpful. Highly recommended prperty

I don’t where to start! worst worst worst experience of my life! i entered the hotel asked for water it was literally they start away said “we don’t have water”, no ac in the waiting area! i went to their air conditioned restaurant to rest for a while since my room was not ready! the asked me to leave stating i can’t wait there when i asked why, she simply turned off the ac without even responding! i made a complaint at the reception but no action was taken! this was my first impression of this hotel. Moving on room, these people have uploaded very old photographs when the property was new, now the condition is worse, hair dryer broken, switch not working, only one small ceiling light in the entire room! bathroom was looking like a public toilet! furthermore interior of the room was broken as well from multiple places! my 2 night stay at phi-phi was supposed to be a leisure stay but this hotel converted that into a worst nightmare! please don’t ever book this hotel if u wanna enjoy your trip! there are alots of other good hotels i explored do your research properly! n yes there pool dint fall for the pictures it’s not clean at all!

There are not treating good for asian people except white people. They only give respect for white people.

The hotel was clean and staff was really good and even the breakfast was very good. Just a small problem, the infrastructure of the room was quite old and not comparable to the latest hotel, also very limited lights in the room. Done.

The staff were racist. Especially the receptionist there, during our stay. We could clearly see the difference in treatment she was giving us and americans. She wasn’t even smiling at us. We reached at 12pm when the check-in was at 2pm. We had to wait in the lobby and some americans came after us at 1:30pm and they were offered a room straight away and that too a very good room with a sea view. Later that day we happened to talk to those americans and got to know that they did not do anything apart from booking the room. It was a random allotment on the spot. Whereas we were given a room that had the worst view ever. Both sides, it was a store room. Didn’t even look like a deluxe room. We had to argue with the receptionist for a change of room and asked her why did she give a better room to the americans. Her reply was “first come first serve”. I was like excuse me? we were waiting at the lobby since 12pm. Clearly she just wanted to be in good books of the americans maybe because they pay tips in dollars? id k what it is. But yeah, the whole stay over there was horrible because there was zero hospitality from the staff. They looked at us like peasants. We paid 10, 500 for one night, hoping we’d get a good view. But no. Such a waste of money. Not recommended for budget travelers. Unless you are americans/europeans or rich, don’t go here. They treat you based on your status.

Nice stay. Good property near ton sai pier. Walkable distance. Hotel boy help to carry luggages. Both side sea view from room. Big swimming pool. View from swimming pool very nice.

Poor management, lots of mosquitoes, phone not working, breakfast not up to the mark, i checked out one day prior.

We saw the pics and booked this hotel. However, on reaching there, it was not anything like the pictures. The property is quite old, the room was very small and the bathroom was not good at all. It was extremely dingy and in terrible need of renovation. There was only one two point charger point in the whole room. There is no lift in the property as well. We stayed here for only one night, so somehow we made it through. The staff is sweet and accommodating. The only pro is it is very near to the pier and has beach access from the hotel. However, the time we were there, it was pretty low tide so beach wasn't too much fun. The swimming pool is good. However, the rooms are not at all worth the price they are charging per night. Except the staff and the location, there is nothing great about this place. Our experience of phi phi was somehow put off because the hotel was below our expectations.

Spacious clean rooms with all amenities. The entire property is facing the ocean so gives a great view from most of the rooms. The pool is very big and opens towards the sea, so great view while swimming too. We only had breakfast there which was very good with a lot of options. They have two in-house cute cats to greet you always ) whenever i ever come to phi phi again, i’ll stay at cabana always.
