Hotel room was clean , breakfast was good , but room service was so poor, we have booked three room and reached hotel at 7am, they told us they will give us room at 11am, but at 11 am they denied at tell us to wait for 2 pm check in

The property is good, located close to city centre but housekeeping is poor. We didn't get towels even after calling the housekeeping service 3 times. After waiting for 2 hours, we had to go down to reception and get them ourselves. Similar adequate number of water bottles and toiletries were not provided. This kind of poor and unprofessional housekeeping is not expected from property like ramada

I had stayed in ramada by wyndham almaty the stay was pleasant as we were 6 people in 3 rooms great for family and friends we used the common facilities such as sauna steam bath and pool some used the spa and was relaxing after a tiring day at shimbulak overall a quite and relaxing place with enough parking breakfast was not comment-able but does the job for the money paid
