Excellent room , only jacuzzi was not working need to improve ! Resturant also very good ! They charging 3 euro for shuttle ! Achually have to add in room charge only and give free shuttle Servies

Its a motel and ok for one night stay during romeo transit. There is no ac during winter. Restaurant is good and food is tasty. There is a chargeable shuttle available to airport. Bed & sheets are clean and room size also decent.

Place was very good and safe. But sadly they charge for shuttle service from airport to their place which is hardly six minutes by bus. Had a tomato cheese pizza in their restaurant at 10 pm. Good food. Lot of choices was there. Rooms don't have fan, worst part is they don't switch on air conditioner. Very difficult to sleep. Especially i left the place too early before breakfast, wish they did not insist on paying for shuttle service.

I stayed in this hotel from 19th to 20th of February. Well, before coming there a amount was blocked from my account, the amount was deducted from my account too. I've my bank statements. During my check out they made me to pay again telling me that the blocked amount will be refunded but it's already third day my money has not been reflecting back in my account. I'm so disappointed.

We sought transport services to the Civistechia Port from the Hotel to the Ship entrance. ON reaching Rome, it was understood that the charges were exorbitant. However, the van driver left us at the entrance of the port and not at the entrance of the ship as originally agreed. We had good number of luggage and five of nine in the group were senior citizens and two were with wheelchairs. We had to encounter lot of difficulties to go to the entrance of the ship from entrance of the port where we were left by the hotel transport unceremoniously. It was a highly unprofessional service by the hotel. It was in bad taste and without the normal human sensitivity considering there was wheelchair-bound senior citizens. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone especially do not use their transport services. The counter staff was also rude and insensitive.

We stayed here before catching the morning flight out of Rome and found this Hotel convenient with free parking and restaurant on site. The staff is good and rooms adequate for a quick stay. Baths are small but that is usual in most hotels in Italy. Rooms are clean but bit dated.

While everything about the hotel is good the only bad part was that hot water in area was actually room temp. An attempt to take shower before a 6 am flight was very chilling. Even the heating inside rooms was not adequate.
