Worst customer service, staff was very rude and for simple queries they need 48 to 72 to resolve. The hotel and room looks ghosty with no security. There is no drinking water and basic facilities in the room.

Booked a mini caravan by mistake. It was too small for 2 pax. Hardly any space to move. Bath was just a tub and open. Requested for a change of rooms. Aa it was 10pm and we wanted rest. Denied. Got it next morning only. Ok for backpackers.
