We recently stayed at Best Western Plus Amedia Wien with family and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are also large, though the shower pressure could be better in some rooms. The breakfast spread is very good, with quick refills and plenty of options. The location is super convenient – there’s a Lidl supermarket, DM, Anker bakery, and a fantastic Indian restaurant (Satraj) right next to the hotel. Public transport is easily accessible: bus 74A stops right outside, tram 71 is a 5-minute walk, and the U3 metro line and St. Marx S-Bahn are both about 10 minutes away. You can reach the city centre in just 10 minutes. Overall, a great value hotel by Vienna standards. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Location was good. Bus stop 2 step away. Tram/ train stop 5 mnt walking. Food we did not taste. Housekeeping was super. Staff was courteous. Only thing we felt heater was very high. Even after switching off we felt hot at 3-4c. And never used blanket

Tea, coffee not provided when we reached. Tea maker not working. No replacement or repair. Poor rooms and poor condition. Staff at reception very good. Breakfast was not upto mark. For vegetarians or vegans. Brand may be big but not hotel. Not recommended for indian travellers. Vieena was great.
