Located in old city with great walkable proximity to many site seeing location. Breakfast was amazing, specially for Indian Vegetarian, the spread is good. Being in old city, though the property is small but rooms are really spacious clean and hygienic.

Loved the hospitality, they offered an airport drop even though we checked out from the hotel the day before. The staff is very friendly and very very helpful in every regard. The only downside I would say, is the fact that the rooms are really small. apart from that, it’s a great hotel, clean nd tidy rooms, amazing location.

The attention to detail in room maintenance did not go unnoticed. Very applaudable service by mr. Tunga and mr. David hieu. Mr tunga helped us to finalize the halon g bay tour. Mr. Hie u was always available for anything and everything. Overall, our stay at bespoke was exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. From the efficient check-in and check-out process to the staff's warm hospitality, this hotel truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend it!

Although i stayed in this hotel only for one night having two rooms with my parents. As a pure vegetarian we were not able to find any veg breakfast that can fill our stomach but here they provided a menu from which you can order anything. Excellent welcoming staff and also they provided some souvenirs while checking out.

A decent hotel for a night’s stay

I chose this hotel for a little stopover at hanoi before my flight the next day. It was a decent hotel with good service and a good location, considering it was in old quarters and yet quite peaceful. Pros: good service, decent breakfast for a hotel of this scale, and helpful staff throughout. Cons: very small rooms, we kept bumping into our luggage or each other all the time. The towels smelled like smoke, so that was not nice. We requested a late checkout by just half an hour, at 12:30 the housekeeping just entered our room and started checking mini bar and other stuff. We still hadn’t checked out yet. So that was an off putting experience.
