Cons: • Cramped Family Room: The room was not at all suitable for a family of three. There was a serious lack of space for luggage, and only one suitcase could fit in the wardrobe. • Strict Policies: We were charged an extra 100,000 VND for checking out just one hour late, at 1 PM. • Poor Breakfast Service: Staff began clearing the breakfast buffet at 9:15 AM, a full 15 minutes before the stated end time of 9:30 AM. Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the hotel's tight room space and rigid policies, particularly regarding checkout and breakfast, were significant drawbacks.

not happy with the service. 1. toilet was clogged. despite raising concern, it was not rectified initially. later on second day of our stay, they tried to fix, but couldn’t. 2. ⁠hotel staffs were polite. but they lacked willingness to help. we requested for 1-2 hrs late check out due to flight delay. reception staffs were not even checked possibility excusing hotel policy. we even wanted speak with hotel manager which reception desk didn’t allow. 3. ⁠hotel location was good.

We appreciate those valuable comments and we are also very sorry for the shortcomings that make you dissatisfied, we will fix and improve our service even better. Second, we would like to explain some information as follows: according to the hotel's regulations, check-in time is from 2pm and check-out time is before 12pm. When you booked a room, you had full information about the regulations there. And when we receive information that your flight is delayed and you request a late check-out, the receptionist will support a surcharge until 1pm for free. From after 1pm, a 30% late check-out fee will be charged. but you do not agree and request late check out until 3pm for free. That is completely against the regulations and beyond our ability to allow! Once again, we apologize to you and hope you understand! Fivitel King sincerely thanks you and wishes you all the best!

Terrible. Makemy trip giving fake good reviews of this hotel.

Rude staff, stinking rooms, and they will charge you even for the water bottles kept in the room, so please beware before using them. Makemy trip unduly promotes this property where as there are other much better options available just in front of this property and that too at the same price. For eg. Hotel river-mount and hotel lotus. The breakfast buffet does not has any options for vegetarians. The door of the washroom will not even lock.

We stayed in superior double room with window. Rooms were of proper size. Our room had wall sized windows and the view was wonderful. The room, bathroom and linen were impeccably clean. My khe beach is about 3 min walk from the hotel. The staff needs special mention. Reception to restaurant, the staff was very courteous. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with several options.

We stayed in superior double room with window. Rooms were of proper size. Our room had wall sized windows and the view was wonderful. The room, bathroom and linen were impeccably clean. My khe beach is about 3 min walk from the ANFADA Hotel Danang. The staff needs special mention. Reception to restaurant, the staff was very courteous. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with several options.

Really had a great experience in the Hotel. Everything was clean and top notch. Loved tge hospitality of the Staff, they were really helpful. It is located at a perfect location where it ia accessible to local foods and also it’s walkable distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

This is my third time using the ANFADA Hotel Danang. The ANFADA Hotel Danang staff always greets me with a smile and is kind. The breakfast menu is extensive, fresh and delicious. And the ANFADA Hotel Danang is reasonably priced.

Hotel is in nice place to explore the city. Staff behaviour is decent and polite. You can also book tour journey from ANFADA Hotel Danang desk. Rooms were cleaned and sanitised.
