    Breakfast was good. Surprised, maybe better than other higher end hotels. Service was prompt and always with a smile.

    Polite staff and nice rooms i requested an early check in but still had to wait 2 hour's after informing the receptionist that i just took two long flights totaling 24 hours

    In america thay have charged hotel users charging because mm t is third party! if i would’ve call hotel directly they would have not charged it. 267. 14 usd spent on card 1566 on 21-jun-23 at hyatt regency boston. Fx as per tnc. Even they have over charged. You people mm t are not good for abroad trips,

    Very nice and cooperative staff. Bar ambience is cosy and very homely. Breakfast is superb. Had a everlasting memorable stay.
