Terrible Stay

They not provided the room, you find the cause, first they told there are no booking, when we were leaving premises then they told booking is there, staff cheated us, environment in and around hotel was horrible, like some ghost is there. Due to staff behaviour we stayed in another hotel

It's a budget resort for stay, don't expect servic

Resort's room were average, no one should go for Cottage because it's too small and not very much cleaned. If you are staying here, take your meals outside because it's too costly. In surroundings you will find good food outlets.

We reached after 10pm driving on worlds worst road. We were very hungry. Hotels kitchen had been closed. Chef sleeping. Manager not only welcomed us but woke up the chef served hot delicious roti sabji and tea etc. We never expected this kind of hospitality. Except room we would put every thing else in THE BEST category. May god bless the staff of the hotel. It was home away from home.

Excellent hotel, great staff & yummy food... A must stay at chitwan...!!!

In short, this was a great experiance. We reached chitwan bus depot to realise that there is no public transport available to take you to the hotel. We called the hotel for assistance & the hotel car arrived in just 10 minutes. Very impressive. The staff at the hotel was very friendly & helpful. I loved the welcome (the wet napkin & a coolent drink). Mr Brahma who was at the reception was utmost helpful. He chalked out a great plan & made all the requisite arrangements (Very genuine & trust worthy I must say). The food at the hotel was amazing (& to top it all they provided pure veg food that we required). A very pleasurable experience & a must visit if you plan a trip to Nepal. Thanks to all the hotel staff, Mr Brahma, Mr Hem Karki & the hotel management for making this a memorable experience.
