It was not an extraordinary hotel . Just average .

The size of the room was too small, problem with ventilation was also quite disturbing . The hotel had a very old lift which was too slow and too small. We were on 6th floor so Every time we need to wait for the lift for around 10-12minutes. What made me feel much more irritating is the fact that many a times it was not the guests who were using it but the room service guys were using the lifts and one if them even asked us to wait for the lift as he need to reach down quickly. Request you to rate the hotels properly on your website so that guests can have a true picture.
