Terrible Stay

This is the worst experience i have ever faced. On the day of check in, the property owner called us asked our watsapp number to send the location address. We noticed the location was completely different. It was an extremely unsafe area for tourists. When we entered the property it was an old building dust and cluter everywhere. We booked the room with bathtub in centre of the room with the clear view of pyramid but this room completely different. The room had a jacuzzi which was not working with no pyramid view, you can barely see the pyramid only when you open the window. When i complaint property owner about the same he agreed that this was not the room i booked and he confessed that he gave that room to someone else and left us with zero option. Our stay there was for 2 days but we left the property next day morning. It was really unpleasant experience also this was extremely unsafe situation for tourists. I don't know how make my trip added this property without confirming their address. The room itself was extremely dirty. Hot water was not coming, ac was not working properly.
