The breakfast was not vegan friendly, and the staff was totally unapologetic about it. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and I had to ask them to do that. The only good point about the hotel was its location.

Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Little Collins - Amazing property. Super food (thoughtful menu for Indian Veg). Microwave available at the cafeteria to heat the home food. Located at the heart of the Collins Street. Easy access to most of the attractions and malls. Also has ease of access to food joints. Hotel accommodation was good. Sizeable rooms. Facilities and Staff - Very Good.

Hotel is in a very good locality, proximity to transportation is excellent. Staff was kind and accomadative. Rooms are very tiny, especially the bathroom. Breakfast options are limited. They are strict on timeliness, took away all the food inside though many were still having breakfast.
