Westgate las vegas resort and casino , is big hotel with facilities like casino gym and swimming pool , but it’s very far from Main Street , they have good room but don’t provide anything like free water , microwave even tea coffee maker , water is available in shop inside the hotel it’s 3 to 4 times costly like for just 4 ltr Even to go on Main Street u need 1-1.2 hr walk which is very difficult uber takes 10-12 dollars to come near Main Street where all food outlets are there and main attractions are available Also they take around per day as a resort fees so don’t go just looking online cost Better to book hotel in treasure island or in nearby area as it’s on Main Street and all attractions are nearby also for day tours you get maximum pickups from treasure island hotel

the rooms are amazing, I read the reviews before booking this place but then I thought lets give a try! but from all the reviews were not at all true atleast for me! everything was amazinggg! I really loved the stay here for 3 nights! it was just amazing specially th rooms! Just a bit far from the strip but I think the room and the charms takes away that as well! go ahead and book it!

Decent room, bathroom was slightly less stocked. But overall resort had a lot of facilities and also allowed to hold my luggage

Westgate is a good hotel, while off the main Las Vegas Strip, the hotel runs hourly shuttle to the strip and to Fremont street in the evening. choice of resturants are good and price is reasonable. however do note that all the good shows are on the strip and you will need to travel daily using the shuttle.

Didn’t get type of room reserved. Front desk staff rude Housekeeping never came in first day. Ended up call for shampoo and told them not to bother coming on the future days

Booked for 3 nights. Positives- mono rail is just outside of the hotel and room size is decent. Negatives- no nearby restaurants and a little far from the vegas strip.

The rooms are spacious but the hotel is a little old so you will notice that in the furniture and appliances

Rooms are large and clean. Old styled. Room lacks basic amenities like drinking water and water kettle

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the west-gate hotel and casino, and i was impressed by its refined atmosphere and convenient location. Although situated slightly off the strip, its proximity to the leas vegas convention center makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The on-site fed-ex office and direct access to the convention center from the lobby are significant advantages. The hotel offers convenient transportation options, including a monorail to the strip $5-6, shuttle services to the strip and fremont street, and a connecting walkway to the convention center. The hotel features an array of excellent dining options and a selection of shops, including a starbucks. The spacious and well-appointed rooms, combined with the courteous and attentive staff, ensure a comfortable and productive stay. Overall, i highly recommend the west-gate hotel and casino for its exceptional service, amenities, and location. It's an excellent choice for those seeking a convenient and enjoyable stay in leas vegas.

Nice location and supporting staff. Easy to convenient

The hotel is charging exorbitant rates in the name of resort fees and not even providing basic housekeeping items like dental kits and slippers. Not sure for what was i charged 45. The checkout process on the kiosk is also very complicated. I didnt get the reciept for hotel stay till now!

It was a great stay with lovely staff and big bed! this was my second time at westgate and would def stay again!

Everything is paid in this resort, room services are extremely bad. No body clean up even your rooms as well, until you call them continuously for 2-3 days.

The location was great, food was absolutely amazing and the ambience was breathtaking. All important places are nearby.

Good location for those going to ces. Very close to the convention center. Monorail and shuttle access to the strip. However, the wifi at the hotel was bad. No free breakfast and had to rely on expensive cafe. Note, there is a refrigerator in all rooms.

It took 1 n a half hour to checkin as the line was huge. No toiletries, no coffee maker no water to drink. You have to go down every morning and buy coffee from starbucks which is inside the hotel. Atrocious food all over specially the buffet and poker face rude staff at the restaurant of pizza and onion rings. No facility. Spend a little in a better hotel where you don't have to go thru all this nonsense. Never ever going to go there again. Extremly bad rooms no proper lights. Tgey only hanging on elves presley stayed here. No maintenance at all

The room was okay but it wasn't cleaned properly when we checked-in, there were still dirty socks in the corner and some other stuff the previous guest had left behind. On top of that, there were cockroaches in the room. They also don't provide slippers, water bottles, or even coffee under basic amenities. Plus when you check-in they'll charge you a resort fee and security deposit.

When I initially made the booking, I believed that I had paid the full amount for my stay, including all applicable taxes and fees. At the time of booking it was nowhere mentioned that I would need to pay resort fee to the hotel. However, upon checking in at Westgate Hotel on the 22nd of October, I was informed that there were additional resort fees that I needed to pay. These fees amounted to a substantial $227 (almost Rs 20,000, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. This was both surprising and unfair, as I had budgeted for my trip based on the total cost provided to me during the booking process. The lack of transparency and disclosure regarding these resort fees has resulted in an unexpected financial burden. I would like to request a full refund of the resort fee that was charged to me at Westgate Hotel.
