Great location! very nice hotel right in front of the beach. Just cross the beach road and you are on the beach with beach chairs, local food, beers, massage on the beach. Great relaxing experience. We spent whole afternoon at the beach right in front of the hotel. Hotel has two swimming pools. One is at 4th floor & other is at adjoin g ground place with open massage centre. Nice restaurant, nice sea food on the menu and breakfast is also great. Overall value for money hotel in a quiet place. Jomtien beach is very quiet compared to pattaya beach. No more noisy tourist. Good for couples.

Very bad room service, hot water kettle had insects and worms inside that typically comes when food gets rotten, it was pricey but really don’t match what they charge, bathroom door had no lock at all no microwave was available either, truly pathetic hotel.

On the beach property, i had a partial sea view room on 12th floor. Reception was helpful. Staff was nice. There were ants on my bedside table and sheets could be replaced with new ones. You can get a shared taxi just in front of hotel to go to walking street pattaya

Staff was not at all cooperative. Worst staff I have ever seen. It took 45 minutes to check in. Most of the staff do not understand English. Staff was not even ready to give room service. Location is very far from Pattaya city. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Will never recommend to any of my friends.

Great relaxing experience. We spent whole afternoon at the beach right in front of the Grand Jomtien Palace. Hotel has two swimming pools. One is at 4th floor & other is at adjoin g ground place with open massage centre. Nice restaurant, nice sea food on the menu and breakfast is also great. Overall value for money Grand Jomtien Palace in a quiet place. Jomtien beach is very quiet compared to pattaya beach. No more noisy tourist. Good for couples.

On the beach property, i had a partial sea view room on 12th floor. Reception was helpful. Staff was nice. There were ants on my bedside table and sheets could be replaced with new ones. You can get a shared taxi just in front of Grand Jomtien Palace to go to walking street pattaya

The property is right on the beach front. Staff is courteous. Room is spacious with balcony. Nearby 7 eleven shop is there, eateries, currency exchange and transport facilities available plenty
