Comfortable stay, nice & helpful staff. We were 16people with family. We had taken family room of 4. It was with bathtub, children enjoyed. Hotel premises have casino with shopping emporium & an indian restaurant. Hotel is just 5 mins from airport. All in all we are happy

Small rooms, poor service- this is not a hotel. You have queues to check-in, you have no room service, you have to wait 1 hour for housekeeping to fix your basin drain. This wasn't the experience we wanted on our 1st day in South Africa. The only good part is the access to Emperors Court- but this place is a service apartment with very little focus on service.

Great place for family fun. There is literally something for everyone. From an arcade to movies to a Spur that never closes (okay it does, but very late). It's fantastic. There's also a casino and a theater. It looks like little Italy and the atmosphere is always festive. The only issue is that the ATMs are often problematic. Make sure you withdraw cash before you go there. Also at the arcade they don't accept any cards or cheques so you'll need cash to buy tokens. Other than that, hands down one of my most favorite places to hang out.

Awesome place to stay if you are there for one night. The shipping, eating and casino zones will take care of few hours that you wanna spend. The breakfast spread us awesome. They even have Jain food available.

Felt like I was in Vegas. After a long journey due to technical snag in our flight, I had to re route. So a horrendous flying time, the place felt like heaven. It is one of the three place in emperors place estate so that was an added attraction. The food court, the casinos, never felt as if I was in Joberg. Value for money.
