The hotel is understaffed and hospitality at the hotel is pathetic. People at reception are rude. Specifically the person who was present on 20th night when we were checking in. We went to other person at the reception to proceed the rest. They ask money for everything. Even for free cutlery. This is not at all a friendly hotel. I would never visit novotel after this.

Very bad experience!

Disappointing stay at Novotel. The room's washroom had a persistent, foul odor that recurred after each shower. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. The lack of amenities like lighters/matchsticks for smokers was surprising. Considering the many other options in the area, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Will explore alternatives next time.

Location is very convenient. Closest to farrer park mrt. Hotel has lots of amenities and vegetarian spread is good. Staff is courteous. Room size is great in comparison to most hotels in Singapore.

Hotel is very good in terms of rooms and food. Best is MRT is nearby, Indian restaurants nearby, city square mall and Mustafa for shopping. It has all amenities nearby. Overall wonderful.

Poor Stay

Stayed 3 days, housekeeping didn't come to clean, 1st day tea bag was kept in room, next two days no refilling done. My kid was sick, couldn't come down for breakfast, and requested the manager (Rajesh) to pack little food for her. He disregarded the request. The Accor hotel experience was very poor.

Good Overall Experience

I had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely a highlight — it’s conveniently close to the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. There’s also a shopping mall nearby, which was perfect for grabbing essentials and doing a bit of browsing without needing to go far. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. Breakfast was decent — nothing fancy, but it had a good variety.

Excellent stay experience at Novotel Kitchener, location is really good. MRT is less than 5 minutes walking . Near by very good options to eat. Food option at hotel also decent. They had good vegetarian food options in their breakfast menu so it was really good advantage for us. Rooms and service are good. Only thing I didn’t like is that the room doesn’t have cupboards to keep extra clothes , but given the space constraints in singapore it’s understandable however that point definitely hits you as everyday we had tidy up our clothes after return from sightseeing rather than just hanging it in cupboard. Overall we will definitely consider staying here again during next visit.
