The location and the view from the hotel is best! very much near the market and right in front of lake! the service and hospitality is also awesome. Ram thapa, hotel manager was very kind and greeted us with smile and ensured all our issues are resolved during the stay. However, the property needs better maintenance. The mattress were not very comfortable and spare bed provided for 3rd adult was also not good. If well maintained, this will be the best place for stay, breakfast and roaming around the place.

Property with excellent view but poor management and service

Raniban arcade is right next few a lake, pokhra. I booked junior suite on top floor hence we were able to enjoy mesmerizing view of annapurna range from the balcony. Suite i booked was a small room and was not worth the price i paid. Bathroom did not have a lock on its door. They didn't clean the room throughout my stay inspite of requesting them. Though hotel staff is cooperative and warm but they could not provide good service due to lack of manpower. They also helped us in arranging our local sightseeing trips. Breakfast was good and tasty. Overall stay was good but room and service is average.

Breakfast was excellent bcoz we belong to india and here poori baji, masala omelet, aloo parta was excellent. After 5 days we got nice delicious food in nepal. Coming to room, very very bad. Not maintained properly. Coat is too high

They didn't have the room available even if we paid for the room early. We had to go another hotel for stay. I haven't got any refund on that. Do not suggest this hotel to anyone. And makemytrip, look into this matter and give me a refund as soon as possible.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the main lakeside road. From the rooftop you will get an amazing view of the annapurna mountain range along with mt. Fishtail. However, the rooms need more maintenance.

I stayed in this hotel from Nov 02 to Nov 04, 2019 with my family (includes old, adult and kids). Stay was nice and comfy. All the staff members were courteous and extended their help all the times. Hotel is just across the boating point, which is a plus with family. Really happy with our stay.

Worst hotel in Nepal

We have booked the room for 3 people, the room was too small to accommodate. Only 2 towels were provided for 3 people after calling more than 6 times we got the response that we cannot do anything. Only 1 soap to bath and wash hands when asked the reception they told us we cannot do anything. The hotel lamp was broken at the time of check-in when we asked them to repair they told we shall do it later and did not do it when we stayed for 2 days. 1 water bottle for 3 people when asked for 1 bottle they said we cannot do anything. This Hotel was worst than a Dharmshala.
