Cleanliness and maintenance

Kids swimming pool is poor and needs maintenance. Rooms are very old and they need to be maintained. My wife and kids developed rash after sleeping on the beds. Beds bugs are there and we asked to change the beds and the beddings. Cleanliness is an issue here. Service and response is poor as it’s huge and they seem to be understaffed.

We booked the property for a day while travel-ling to nusa penida. The property was nothing like a 5 star hotel. The rooms were extremely small. We got the room much later than the check in time. The bed sheets were not cleaned well. Our plan was to relax that day and freshen before our next stop but we chose not to stay inside the room because of the poor hygiene

The Prama Sanur Beach Bali is fabulous for the price. The beach restaurants and common property are very good. If you are looking for a family vacation its beach is the perfect place to be.
