    The room was really cold air conditioning was not working. I tried calling from room phone and mobile no answer. A housekeeping lady whom i met in the corridors visited the room and asked me to take the blankets instead. Reception staff also advised the same. I don’t know if it were a language issue. However i would have appreciated some help.

    I was there for two nights, no proper help or suggestions from the front desk. Hotel people are arrogant, also shuttle bus facility is very bad, there is one in two hours that too for a very short distance, the room is not so clean at times bad smell from area bathroom. They have provided indian food which is very bad. Area wise it's nice but for people who travel without packages alone, I don't suggest this one. Little tricky to get into public transportation.
