The hotel is located right at the heart of the city of Thimpu, most tourist attractions are just at walking distance. The staff is extremely courteous and the rooms were warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Enjoyed stay at the property in december 2019

The hotel was small and nice. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pros: Room- neat (though small); View: Windows faced a monastery; Heating: Didn't get the feeling that the outside temperature was less than -15 degree. Centigrade (the heating was perfect). Cons: At the booking price, didn't feel like there is any complaint I have.

Hotel located on main highway and all site seeing locations are close by as hotel centrally located. Hotel rooms (standard rooms) were small in size however hygiene was good and toilets were clean.

Lack of attention.

Good ones first 1. Location, room size and view 2. Clean room and clean linen 3. Hotel cleans the room on daily basis. Not good ones 1. Food variety, service level is abysmal. Very poor. They simply don't care 2. Wi-fi virtually don't exist even though they claim it in their offering 3. Thimpu is not so cool to get away from air conditioners in room. There is no air-conditioning or alternate ventilation to compensate for at this hotel. They provided a small stand fan with limited span of coverage. 4. Staff is not attentive to customer needs. They miss minute details on small follow ups. Overall I give this 7 stars out of 10.
