The boat is really nice and very clean. The staff is very professional, nice and very polite. They really did a great job to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating in the room and a special table and cake at supper. The manager, the assistant Manager Sarah, our server Tony were all great and very helpful.

The crew is fantastic!!!! Some few things in cabins bit quick to attend to it. I also mentioned to them about our birthdays and and 25th anniversary…. Maybe they forgot I do not agree with the amount if boats in the area sea is extremely dirty

Great cruise by Dora Cruise The scene of the Bay is amazing. The service on the boat is really good. I would like to thank Jerry who took great care of us during the 2 days in board. Food is good. The points to improve are: - Wifi - activity on daily boat (Hay Viet village is not interesting) - Night activities after dinner

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night, 2 days on Dora cruise. The bus that picked us up from Hanoi was amazing! It was like being in first class! Once we got on the boat from the tender it was straight into a delicious set lunch. We were in room 202 which was a bit more expensive but worth it for the panoramic views. Denis our waiter was lovely and so attentive and thoughtful bringing our son some ginger tea to help his upset stomach. The activities of kayaking and jumping off the boat swimming were lots of fun. All the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this Dora cruise!

One of the most impressive aspects of the journey was the personalized service. Each guest is assigned an individual crew member to provide dedicated attention throughout the trip. In our case, Lisa took wonderful care of us, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully handled. What sets this cruise apart is the effort they make to understand their guests from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the team takes the time to learn about your background, culture, and personal preferences. They then tailor the experience accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised when I was served Dalma, one of my local cuisines — a gesture that made me feel truly valued and understood. The chef also personally interacted with guests to gather feedback, which reflects their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. A special thanks to Lisa for her warm and attentive care. We truly enjoyed a luxurious and memorable trip.

We booked the cruise for one night with very little to expect but we're pleasantly surprised at the lovely experience we had. The cruise ship is amazing, all their rooms come with private deck and huge bathroom. Their common spaces are also very large and beautifully maintained. The food in the cruise was also scrumptious and a huge spread. I was traveling with my kid and she also had a great time. Staff is courteous and very friendly.

it was the first time we took a cruise for a one night stay and I cant describe the awesome experience...the staff was extremely commendable ...very helpful and polite...location was out of the world...they arranged for vegetarian food for us...so people who have this doubt...please dont carry food...they will make sure you dont get hungry...overall a lovely experience and worth trying.. special thanks to Julie rus Marcus and maria

Room and stay was comfortable but buffet for vegetarians was poor, not expected at all after paying so much that there is only fruits and fried rice. Hence, it is recommended to include more dishes for vegetarians.
