A fairly decent hotel but has a few problems for tourists. They are fairly isolated . There is no shop nearby like a convenience store. They only serve breakfast and do not have a restaurant serving food or room service. There is no decent restaurant for food nearby.their rooms are fairly large shower is in a tub so problems for elderly people to have a bath

Pros So the hotel room (a big one) with the river view is great! Hospitality is good during the day time. You can walk by the river front on the walkways if you want peace with less crowd Cons Far from the beach like 15-20 mins drive. Dead area to be honest, nothing to do except to have a look at the river. No good market or tourist street around to walk No visible staff after 10 in the night No restaurants for lunch and Dinner Breakfast is also not that good. Stay by the river front, you have a good view if you are staying in a room which is a big one with a river view, rest everything far, dead area. Not recommended for families with small kids, no restaurant, no staff after 10 pm. Beach is also far which is where you have life.

I am writing a detailed review for all my fellow passengers: 1. Location : Far from all the good places in the areas. You need to walk minimum 20-30 minutes/ take a cab to reach any decent place to eat. 2. Employees: Upon reaching hotel , the lights for the lobby were shut and 2 employees (bell boy and the receptionist) were sleeping on the sofas. We had to wake them up to do the checkin. 3. Room: The room was old and had signs of ageing. Only thing good was that AC was still functioning. 4. Rooftop bar and pool: The bar had no one to attend to the customers. . 5. Breakfast: No options to ear. Everything was cold and none of the staff member actually cared. We went nearly 2 kms far off to eat breakfast. Given all this experience i would advise no one to stay there unless you are seeking thrill of living in a creepy semi haunted hotel.

All the facilities of this hotel are good, one of the biggest specialties is that it is right on the lake shore, Dragon Bridge is nearby and there is an Indian restaurant at a little distance from it, breakfast is also good, the only thing that is lacking here is that there is only bread, omelette and fruit for Indian food.

Amazing experience. Love the lady manager over there. Very humble and great hospitality. She arranged our breakfast at 6am when we informed about our early check out. Also when requested she microwave our food by herself when the staff was not there. If you are reading this big love and thankyou to you ♥️♥️

Ibiza riverfront was one of the best 4 star hotels i have stayed in. Good service friendly and helpful staff. Highlights of my stay definitely are incomplete without mentioning the small but amazing swimming pool they have on their terrace which over looks the skyline of da nang and the han river. We can also see the dragon bridge from their. Same goes for the room window(if you opt for city view or river view both are good. The room had hair drier bath robes big mirror and enough charging ports. Tip: try choosing a higher floor for better view. Also you can deposit 20$ at the reception when you check in in case u don't want to deposit your passport with then. They give you a printed receipt for this deposit and return back this deposit at check out so it's totally safe and transparent.

Ibiza riverfront was one of the best 4 star IBIZA Riverfront Da Nang Hotel s i have stayed in. Good service friendly and helpful staff.
