I had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The property is beautifully maintained and ideally located, making it easy to access key attractions. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. The amenities from the Fitness Center to the pool, were well-kept. Overall a highly enjoyable experience that I would gladly repeat and recommend others.

I honestly didn’t feel comfortable during my stay here. The overall vibe of the hotel felt very shady and unwelcoming. Instead of a safe and relaxing environment, it gave the impression of being more like a guesthouse with a questionable atmosphere. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when booking a proper hotel. Would not recommend.

Hi Hilton is the worst experience I have ever faced . 1. They rejected to provide water which is the basic need for a human to survive . 2. ⁠Everything is US plug connections we asked for the extension . They replied us to buy from out side store . It’s the basic thing that they should provide atleast converter. 3. ⁠AC was not at all working , I even called for assistance they came they changed the filter but the room temperature is 23 and 23+ all the time . It’s so suffocating . 4. ⁠ We asked for the dental kit atleast for the paste . I called 4 times in 1:30 hrs . Finally we got after chasing for 1:30 hrs . But it’s too worst experience

Spent around 5 days at this hotel. Services were good. Had a peaceful stay. Location is also good. Welcoming staff. Quiet and sober place.

Stay is good what hotel charge Tourism tax 60 dhs which is not good not any other hotel charges like this

It was a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Garden Inn, Al Mina, Bur Dubai. The Helpdesk Supervisor, Ms. Khin, was extremely helpful and carried a great attitude throughout our stay. I also received amazing support and prompt responses from the Operations Manager, Mr. Nithin — a polite and cheerful person who truly made us feel welcomed. The property is located in a prime area, making it convenient to access most of Dubai’s major attractions. All the staff were friendly, cool, and very supportive. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and bar services. Overall, it’s one of the best places to stay in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Location is amazing. Just behind is the food streed, donor ignore. Awesome place. Very neat & clean. The rooms are also very spacious.

Breakfast was just ok. Not much options. In house room service for bringing food they charge additional. Location was good. Close to jumeirah, naif souq and gold souq. Room was neat and tidy but room size was below par.

As compared to the prices the hotel is very average, the ambience is good but service is not customer friendly, i just wanted a knief, but they didn't deliver in the room, i had to go to the dining area and collect my self. Name of the room is king room but it was very small room, not enough for family of 4 the location is also not very convenient, metro station is far from there. The view from the room is not at all good. Overall an average experience

Location is good. Centrally located main visiting points are with in 30 min by car. Rooms are small but good. Food in breakfast is lavish. Prices are affordable.

I would like to highlight some areas for improvement regarding customer service at your property. Supervisor Poonam needs additional training in customer etiquette. During my recent overnight stay, which I booked due to an exam cancellation caused by a technical issue, I requested an upgrade for my room since it was small and the stay was unplanned. However, Poonam misunderstood my request, assuming I was asking for a free upgrade, and informed me that complimentary upgrades are not provided. This created a negative first impression and overshadowed my overall experience. On a positive note, the staff during checkout were excellent. However, I faced challenges with the night shift gentleman when I called multiple times requesting a dental kit and slippers, which were missing from the room. He seemed disengaged while answering my calls. Additionally, I reported that the kettle in my room had a broken lid, and while he assured me it would be fine, the next morning, water spilled onto my hand and foot. This was concerning, especially since I have a baby under one and a half years old. We ended up checking out earlier than 10 AM due to these issues. I encourage you to motivate and engage your staff to enhance guest interactions and ensure safety and satisfaction. Thank you for considering this feedback.
