Firstly the location is excellent...2 mins to Istikal Street and 10 mins to Taksim Square. And all other main attraction like Hagia Sophia,Blue Mosque all walking distance of 15mins...So one can say we were staying in the heart of Istanbul... Secondly the check-in was smooth like silk,hassle free.The guy at the reception was very helpful and helped us carring our 2 suitcases to the 2nd floor.All facilities as promised,ready from before. The room was neat and clean...On the last day I had a medical emergency as my sugar level nose dived and was senseless. The guy at the reception and housekeeping lady helped my wife reviving me..They called the ambulance too... though not required at the end... Helped us in getting a taxi for airport transfersl...A big thumbs up for this hotel and entire staff.
