I stay in this hotel 2-3 days, room AC is not working properly, they are not provide necessary things like comb, sleeper , in room so much mosquito, when I complaining they are giving the spray for couches, full night I am not able to sleep, I am not able to understand why make my trip is showing this type of hotels , u try to cancel the booking and found booking is non refundable

Hotel was old and reception was bad. We stayed for less than 8 hrs. Breakfast was bad. No names mentioned on items. This one was the worst hotel I stayed in my trip to thailand

Room size is good But we had ants all over the room When we pointed to housekeeping they just used broom to clear then n after a while ants were back We were only staying for 6-7 hr so somehow managed

Worst staff, they take extra money by fooling you so please be safe. When you enter room check properly if there is any stain or any mole because they will make you pay for what you never did.

Property location was out of town, smell was there in rooms, no indian food available, kitchen closes by 9. You will not find food outside also. Staff are not cooperative they just abide bu rules

1) Property location very poor...in remote area ...No Proper Restaurant or shops outside ...only small vegetable market n small shops on street selling street food. 2) In room Air Condition not working 3) Old switches n plug ...couldn't able to charge mobile. 4) Reception or front Staff ....not friendly to ask anything ....they were more of quiet and little rude to reply...if asked anything about outside location or Transport. 5) Overall a very terrible experience won't suggest or refer anyone to stay at this property. 6) Dirty n Congested area.

Very nice hotel abed view is amazing fro hotel who have connecting flights they can stay there but very far from main city n attractions palaces. It’s takes 1 hrs ride for main city. Hotel is very nice near to airport.

Decent rooms and hotel but rude staff

Rooms are good but service is pathetic. They don’t allow checkin before 2pm not even 5 min before. Staff is rude. My ac started to drip and the guy who came to fix it was i don’t know wasn’t taught hospitality.

Everything good except the staff, i don’t know why they all are so rude while talking, i mean it gets really odd when someone is rather not interested, the bell boy had vicks inhaler inside his nose hanging and he was walking around the property, also came to pick our bag looking rather bored as if do-in a favour on us, the receptionist had a rude tone very rude
