I recently stayed at ARCK hotel hoping for a premium experience as its say 4 star hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. While the location is genuinely convenient—close to major attractions like platinum mall and easy to access however the hotel doesn't have the lobby. It difficult to park your vehicle as hotel is situated above shopping mall. So it is difficult to carry bags, for senior citizens and for wheelchair people to access the hotel front. I found the room quality severely lacking. The room felt neglected, with cleanliness and upkeep far below what you'd expect from a property rated four stars. It was disappointing, to say the least. The rooms were smaller and felt claustrophobic definitely not comfortable for 2 people. Service also left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed disinterested and slow to respond to basic requests, which added unnecessary frustration to the stay. The amenities were similarly underwhelming. A few were out of order, and the ones that were available didn’t offer much value or comfort. From the gym to the dining facilities, everything seemed like it was just scraping by. Considering the experience, it felt like poor value for money. The entry of the hotel was too narrow to drop off during the day. No proper sign board to guide to the hotel location. Walking distance to malls and shopping centres.
