Manager behaviour very poor

We booked a private room with an attached bathroom at this hotel. However, after we checked in, the manager initially provided us with a room that had a common bathroom. When we asked for the attached bathroom as per our booking, they demanded an extra charge of NPR 800 (approximately 1,300 in Nepali currency). Additionally, the hotel parking facilities, but we were charged an extra NPR 700 for parking our car. This was not mentioned clearly beforehand. The manager’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional, which made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to hidden charges and poor management behavior.
