Property location is very good but our room side location is not good not seaface side not a balcony is there room facilities is average good beacose room server not available & staff beheaver not good, no coporate & Indian breakfast is not available so ଫୁଡ୍ quality is poor.

It was horrible .staff was very rude and not willing to help , showing us attitude and and additionally charged 2RM . My wife was not well i requested for little early checkin as they had rooms available. But instead of helping us they were laughing. Staff name Honey she was so unprofessional and rude. I will suggest don’t book this shitty hotel , I didn’t get my complementary drink as the rooftop cafe was closed, i have tried couple of times.

Stinky smelly rooms, rude staff, ok food. Low maintenance even doors in the bathrooms are not properly maintained. We booked this hotel as per the confirmation from their call center to provide a sea view room in upper floor. Instead they provided a hotel in a corner of a hotel which looks like storage. . The only good thing about this hotel is that it's near the beach.

Very bad room. No bell boy. No phone in the room for calling reception or in room dining. It's a motel not a hotel. Not at all value for money.

It is an average hotel to stay in pentai cenang beach. The proximity to the beach is the plus point. The superior cottage room we stayed in was clean but the condition is not up to the mark, especially the wash room. Appears to be an old property. One good thing is the rooftop area, which gives a splendid view and also the breakfast was decent, though not much variety. The front office staff was disappointing. It seemed they were not able to understand english properly, so we had to repeat multiple times. We had requested a room upgrade which was not considered. And the worst is they cut the power supply to the room right after the check out time, which was quite rude. Overall an average experience, which is not worth the money.
