A perfect place for family and kids

The swimming pool is like a waterpark, my kids enjoyed it a lot. The receptionists are polite and respond quickly. The breakfast is good and right on the sea front. The property is huge and just adjacent to Kuah jetty from where you can take the ferry to Tuba island. overall very satisfied with the stay and would recommend it.

De Baron resort is a damn beautiful place to stay but only thing is the breakfast which was almost same everyday and also not suitable as per the Indian taste.. Rooms, hotel service, Swimming pool, lawn, sea view etc are all great in the resort except breakfast

Here's a polished version of your feedback: Overall, the kids' pool was a highlight. The staff were courteous and polite, which was great. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, such as cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the fan is for decorative purpose rather than functional, and the AC's cooling effect could be better. We stayed at building across the resort. There was smell coming from the washroom. Service was very pathetic. We asked for pillow and towel for our baby and hotel staff asked for MYR 30 for this. We will never recommend to stay at this hotel.

They upgraded our rooms for free as we booked for long stay. Liked the pool, vegetarian options are less in breakfast (but i think that's all over langkawi. Staff was friendly, recommend for family traveller.

I recently stayed at this resort and had an overall pleasant experience. Despite its age, the resort is well maintained, it is located close to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The resort also offers ample car parking space, which was very convenient. The reception staff were kind and helpful, making check-in and other inquiries a breeze. The resort features a large pool, which is great for both kids and adults, although i did notice that the water in the adult pool was a bit dirty during my stay. Another best aspects of the resort is its proximity to a variety of restaurants and wednesday night market, all within walking distance. Overall, i had a great stay at the resort and would recommend it for its convenience. Just a minor improvement in the pool maintenance would make the experience even better.
