Worst check in experience and front desk staff Lulu. She said booking was not confirmed and I had to talk to mmt for almost 30 mins to get the booking confirmation. She said she upgraded the room, which was not true, infact there was no sofa in the room and absolutely no view. Don't book this hotel.
