It was a good stay. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is cheap but having less items also. Very near to bus stop

Hotel is ok. Good service from receptionist. Rooms are not up to the mark. They allowed to store luggage when we come early without any charges

The hospitality of the receptionist

The hospitality of the receptionist was great in this hotel, breakfast was very good @8€, room was good, location wise it is bit far from Mestre station and bus stand, one need to take tram followed by bus to reach the hotel, but by walk its around 3. 5km on the highway. Location was clam and peaceful but hard to find nearby restaurant other than roadside. Room was good and value for money

Room was not that good. Location was too far from Airport. Food was not available. We can use Wi-Fi only at reception. They have charged 2. 80 Euro extra for service charge I don't know why. Service was so bad. I called 3 times for having hot water which was so irritating.

The location is very bad, away from railway station. Facilities are very poor, will not rank for star status. Small television in room. Breakfast is not fresh and limited. Poor transport facility to the hotel. So much of time is wasted in reaching island part of the city.
