Blooms Blooms Hotel's best feature is it's location. Bus stops are near and the temple area is lovely and lively. The rooms are neat and there's a good bar in the Blooms Hotel itself but be aware that they ask for deposit, even if all Blooms Hotel charges are paid. You'll get it back on checkout but it's an additional burden.

In the middle of temple bar area and just round the corner to the party hub and 2 minute walk to H'penny bridge. Good enough Breakfast and WiFi.
